Happy Tails Pet Supply will be coming to Santa Paula, California, before the end of June. We'll be located in the same complex as the city's recently-opened no-kill animal shelter, the Santa Paula Animal Rescue Center (SPARC), at 705 E. Santa Barbara Street.
